In such challenging environments, FRP grating will exceed the performance of standard traditional grating options. Our FRP grating is available in standard panels or can be customized to specification.
SQUAR: The advantage of square mesh is that it can be placed in any position and supported in both directions. It has been proven to have the best results under dynamic loads.
RECTANGULAR: The advantage of rectangular mesh is that it is lighter and more resistant in the direction of the load-bearing bar.

HERM range of FRP stair/step treads features both opened and closed surface options and a selection of surface patterns, color and leading-edge nosing options.
All HERM premium and standard stair/step options are molded with the solid leading-edge nosing as joint single stage component.
This increases the rigor and sturdiness of the entire leading edge ensuring dependable performance in high traffic situations. All the treads with abrasive leading edge nosings are manufactured to conform to AS 1657 - 2018.
05 Ships-ladder
All HERM ship ladders (aka. vertical ladders) are a hybrid of stairs and ladders that make vertical circulation more comfortable in mechanical or service spaces.
They are generally preferred to normal ladders since they are more like stairs. Ship-ladders are made to order. The design is WHS, OSHA and ANSI compliant, and the ladder is non-conductive, non-sparking, corrosion-resistant, and lighter than steel or aluminum.
